I have one of my late father's custom rifles in .257 Roberts. It's built on what seems to be a Mauser action. The rifle has beautiful wood with an ebony foreend, a monte carlo like cheek piece carved into the stock and a jeweled bolt. It wears an older Weaver V-7, 2-7x variable scope on it. It is truly a tack driver and very comfortable to shoot. My question is, does anybody know anything about F.A. Kent or his work? This rifle was built in the 60's sometime.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
