Current production BEST looking 9mm striker fired pistol?

Personally, I really dont think the Glocks are THAT ugly like so many others think, especially the Glock 17.

The glock looks plain to me, there is a difference between plain and ugly which I believe is lost upon a lot of folks.

Like you said in the op, this is all highly subjective, personally I like the USP pretty well, but the 320 just looks unbalanced, the nose looks disproportionately long and heavy.
 
No one even comes close to the mighty P7. ;)

But if we have to list current production:

PPQ
VP9
??? Don't really think any others qualify to me where looks are concerned....

So I guess you dont like any pistol with a rail? They mostly all have the "cheese grater" look these days.
 
Well, I don't have a list of three since I think most striker fired are not the most attractive anyway. I will give the Taurus Millennium G2 very high marks though.

Even I had the restraint not to mention the P7 in this thread.

No it was last produced in 2008.
 
It would be hard for me to choose...

I like the looks of the M&P and the VP9. The PPQ look ok to.

While it has detractors, the basic simplicity of the glock is appealing... In a spartan kind of way.

I am not a fan of the bull nose on the 320... I plan on getting another frame for mine with a shorter dust cover. Then it will look much better.
 
IMO, the nicest looking 9mm compact with slim, clean lines is the Kahr P9:

For full size 9mm, the Ruger SR9 would be my choice:

Top is the Glock 19. I'm one of those who loves the look of the compact Glocks (not so much with the sub compacts or full size).

Next is probably a toss up between the M&P and Sig 320.

Not a fan of HK or Walther guns for their looks.
 
I can accept the "cheese grater" for it's utility, but for looks - no way. I will admit that it looks more right on some guns than others. The VP9 looks like one belongs on it, just like a luggage rack looks like it belongs on an FJ Cruiser.

Surprised there are a couple of Steyr votes here, and I own an M9. I like it, but think its sort of butt ugly. Guess its all in the eye of the beholder. I like my Ruger LC9s Pro. Its a purty little pistol.
