Cross eye dominant

I'm cross-dominant. I advise shooting long guns with whichever side has the dominant eye.

You do not shoot with your hand, you shoot with your eye. Muscle memory can be relearned.

eye dominence

I shot pretty well forr years. Then I did not. I had practiced alot with both eyes open. Then I noticed I was using my right eye on the rear sight and my dominent left eye on the front sight. I closed my left eye and sorta solved the problem. The left eye still sees better. I think this may be fairly common, my eye doctor says that this is the kind of compensation that eyes do.
