Did anyone actually listen to the link I provided featuring one of the top FBI profilers? She makes it perfectly clear that the perpetrators of these mass shootings ARE NOT mentally ill/deranged--because those types would simply be incapable of pulling off this kind of scenario. On the contrary, they spend months, even years, planning their attacks meticulously.
