Confused on next purchase.

But what if you take one of our suggestions and then you end up not liking it? I hope you don't come back here asking for a refund!

get the sig

and then get the gp--i happen to have both and they are a handful of fun----the gp is fun especially with 357--got some kick with a 4 incher--sig more comfy to shoot and im more accurate with it--just get what makes YOU happy:)

Firepower!

Confused on next purchase.
I am confused on my next purchase. I am split betweem 2" SW 38spl, GP100 or Sig P220.

I really cannot make up my mind.

Need help deciding.

I would think that part of your decision would depend upon what handguns you have, what you like about what you have tried and whether you want to broaden your experience by buying something different from what you have.

I like options. I have different types of handguns in several different calibers, and barrel lengths. I tend to shoot one more than the others put together, but it is nice to have choices.

Firepower, since it would seem from your other posts that you already own several semi-automatics and CCW is already covered, I'd reccomend the GP100 as it's the most versatile of the three. The GP100 is a very strong revolver and will easily digest loadings hotter than what most people care to even shoot. Its weight ensures that with .38 Specials or light loaded .357's it's still quite pleasant to shoot. Many people choose a GP100 as their do-everything gun as you can go anywhere from light .38 Special target loadings up to the very powerful .357 Magnum hunting loads all in one revolver.

If you don't have a .357magnum, than the GP100 is my vote. You have a carry covered so the S&W .38 is out.

As far as the Sig 45cal, well, it's not as versatile as the .357/.38spl.

The only time I would vote for the Sig is, if you lived in the inner city limit's with gangs around because of fast reloads, and low penetration and a bigger hole than .38spl would do, but not do over penetration like the .357magmun.
