concealed 9

There are a number of 1911's made in 4" barrels and alloy frames out there made in 9mm.....Kimber has the Tactical Pro II model ( which I have ) and its a good light carry gun....

Wilson Combat and Ed Brown both make some 4" guns in 9mm that would be good choices if your budget can handle them / I prefer Wilson but Ed Brown makes a nice gun too.
 
The Shield was my choice. I've been happy with it ever since. Although I am interested in the new Glock single stack 9mm. ;)
 
The next pistol I get is going to be a p239. I just got a p229 and love it, it's now in my carry selection and a p239 will have the same controls. I would personally steer away from the p938 as alot of people on sigtalk are saying the quality is just not there anymore. Jmo
 
I've shot and like the Kahr CW9, CM9, SA XDS9, S&W Shield and the Shield is so far my favorite. Go hold them all and if you can, shoot them all then decide what fits your requirements best. Good luck. tom. :cool:
