Howdy,
There is a BIG difference between searching people and violating people. I'd definately feel you were violated. Unfortunately it seems often the people conducting the searches at airports are'nt qualified to run the fry machine at Mcdonalds. I would definately contact the supervisors of the people who violated you, I would definately contact a lawyer, and I would even go so far as contacting the media. It is important that people be made aware that this is WRONG and that it could happen to anyone.
As far as America turning Commie,I don't think so. Quite frankly I feel all of the overbearing scrutiny i a knee jerk reaction to the terrorist/911 situation. Eventually I hope that the country will recognize that we can combat terrorism and still preserve our rights at the same time.

The searchers have name tags and ID numbers. Post that information as well as dates and flights and prove me wrong.

Oh, I get it! You were so upset that you forgot to write them down. Or did they wear ski masks and no tags?

Just roll this around a little bit and see what you think. I heard this somewhere before.

Imagine if someone from say the 40's or 50's were suddenly time warped into the present day. What do you think their view would be about the current rights of the american citizen. Personally i feel that they would wonder what the hell happened. Think about the freedoms then and the freedoms today.

Feel free to disagree, but it seems like we are losing/have lost some of our constitutional rights, bit by bit, and slowly over time. And that makes me sad.

a BS statement? oh really now. hmmm seems to me that these people are breaking the law when they enter the country, yet once they get here,law enforcement does NOTHING about it. if they get pulled over while driving and have no license or insurance, do they get arrested and deported? of course not!!! and as far as you believeing what i posted, i really dont give a damn if you believe it or not, let it happen to you and then you will believe it. you really want the flight #'s and dates, i sure have that, did i write down the names of the *******s who invaded our privacy, no i did not. i was so pissed you could have fried an egg on my forehead, remembering their names was the last thing on my mind.

Putting aside these puzzling comments, I am interested in knowing a little bit more about this incident. If you could supply the name of the airline you flew, your flight number and the date, time and place of your arrival, I'm sure we could help you contact the proper authorities to determine who was on duty in customs at that time.

Last I checked it was not repealed despite the best efforts of California's Feinstein and others.

Or are you just longing for Chevy's Nomad and 29 cents gas?

im not sure what you dont understand about the above comments. they treated us like we were terrorists! didnt you hear about the arabic man who was arrested and deported because he had taken pictures of buildings here in the states? well thats pretty much the same as what they did to us, they had no right to look at our pictures and they had no right to look at his either just because he wasnt "american looking". and they do give illegal aliens more slack than the rest of us. if we break a law, we are punished are we not? then tell me why they dont enforce that law??? THEY ARE HERE ILLEGALLY. THEY SNUCK INTO THE COUNTRY.
