Comfy carry!

Try out the Fist IWB holster in Kydex with the belt clip - it is very thin and concealable and works well.

I have a question - Have you experienced any problems with your CZ 75 Compact? Sometimes the screws on the grips come loose when shooting and sometimes the slide locks open with rounds in the magazine - maybe because I am using 147 gn rounds and they are a little fatter.....any ideas?

Thanks and stay safe!

Full size Kimber Eclipse in a Milt Sparks IWB VM-2 holster. I am 6.0' tall weight 210 lbs and I never ever, ever thought that carrying a full size gun could be so comfortable. I've bought every mouse gun out there it seems and I've finally learned the only critical dimension to comfortable concealment is the thickness of the pistol.

i recently purchased a used SW CS9 and a Milt Sparks VMII for a song and it is the definition of comfortable. Don't even notice it much. Previously I was trying to tote an HK Compact .357 SIG. What a brick, but I love it. It remains my nightstand pistol. I highly recommend the CS9. Double action trigger isn't so great, but most aren't. I may spring for a CS45 if I can find one cheap. They also come in 40. Interesting pistol.

Thanks.

Don Hume IWB clip holster for my full size PT100AFS. Also use the J.I.T. when its cold out and I have an overcoat on.

I guess there are as many different opinions about this as there are about comfortable socks, but I carry a .380 in one of those Smartcarry (the old Thunderbelt) holsters and its not comfy at all sitting in a car, and fairly comfortable standing up. There are times where I don't feel it, but most of the time I know something is around the waistline.

NAA Guardian 380 in a Ron Graham pocket holster. Before that a Seecamp in a Galco wallet holster (before the ATF said by-by to wallet holaters).

HK USP Comp in an Uncle Mike's Side Bet or Fobus paddle. Also sometimes carry my Taurus 617 or Colt. 45 compact in a UM SideBet. I "know" they're there, but seldom feel them.:D

I prefer to carry gov't model 1911s in Blade Tech's IWB holster on a quality gun belt. The rig rides comfy, secure, and low profile.

My Kahr MK40 is barely noticeable around my waist or chest in a belly band. Definitely comfy, albeit not as accessible in its deep concealment role.

Still carrying my Glock 29 in a Sidearmor IWB with the J-hooks. Right about 3:30 all day long.

Only things I'm looking to change as far as my heater goes are:

- lose about 20 lbs :)

- get a better belt (using a Don Hume right now, not crazy about it)

- maybe try a Ky-Tac Braveheart holster instead. I love the Sidearmor, but I think the kydex is just a little thicker than it has to be. Also, the Sidearmor tends to rock back just a hair every now and again, the Braveheart has a mechanism to prevent that.

- maybe go to a full-size 1911 instead of the Glock...the 29 is a little on the chunky side.

- Gabe
