Already ROTFLMAO at this I've only been shooting SA revolvers for 30 years and have never had a problem with slotted screws backing out. But then again I use the right screwdriver.I'll just get a set custom made I suppose, tighten them once, and laugh while you purists are re-tightening your screws every 10 rounds.

This definition applies to all Colt SAA revolvers, even if the bluing is completely worn off and the surface severely pitted, or, even if they are brand new. Just look at the price of them. Maybe someone could get rich marketing a Torx-head replacement screw set for the Colt SAA; but I doubt it.Collector quality firearms being the sole exception.
