I think he means that the serial number is somewhere between eleven and ninety nine and he is just afraid of letting the world know the actual number.

I note that he still has a green lantern indicating he is on site even though he has concluded that we do not have useful information.

Me, I do not consider any evaluation or appraisal to be of much use unless it is backed by a cash offer.

How are first year Pythons not production guns? They weren't limited to the first year alone, and they made more then one. Afaik, they were all produced the same way, save for small changes here and there. With all due respect, what's not production about them?
