I LIVE in Fairfax County, Virginia, and I can vouch for how expensive it is here.

I bust my keister to keep a house over my head. I'm making ends meet, but just barely.

Yeah, I've got an education, I've got a good job with benefits, and I drive an old car. Yeah, I buy guns, and other luxury items, but I save for them first.

BUT, I'm intelligent enough not to bring 7 kids into this world when I can't even really support myself here.

I just want to know, where the hell is/are the father/fathers of her children?

Sorry, but low rent from kin doesn't cut it for me. I've been working my tail off for 13 years at my own business, and our "big" TV set is a 20 year old 21" Magnavox. My main vehicle is an 11 year old Ranger with 130,000 miles on it. My house is a 1300 sq. ft. fixer-upper. And I'm getting an ulcer from lying awake at night worrying about business.

I hate working to pay somebody to vote for Democrats.

Here's another tasty morsel.

At the facility where I work, though we are a private institution, our kids are paid for by whatever county or city mandated their stay (read: taxpayer money). That covers all treatment, uniforms, bed, food, toiletries -- everything.

So how come mom stops by once a month? To get sonny's signature so she can continue collecting that check to take care of him.

And that's the only time mom visits...

My job makes me furious sometimes...

We (citizens) should help those who are truly disabled.

The welfare cheats have kids who grow up to believe welfare is their
birthright! The government pays those kids to have more kids, etc. and they
all vote for their welfare programs.

An honest worker’s vote is smothered by the votes bought by our Socialist
government.

Bah! Humbug!

Able-bodied people stay on welfare for generations, but a deaf, legally blind,
insulin-dependent diabetic (TFL member: Satanta) can’t get help.

We need our old government back - the one established in the late 1700s.

My family and I immigrated to the United States in 1980. I was 6 years old. Neither my father or mother spoke any English. My sister was 4 and my brother was 2. Yet, my parents were too proud to accept money from the government.

Instead of wellfare, they busted their ass in sweatshops until an opportunity came. Relatives found good work in Pennsylvania. From California to here (Pennsylvania), my parents went from sweatshops to two good, not great, but good jobs.

My sister, brother and myself all have college degrees. If my parents can succeed in a foreign country and not speak any English with 3 little kids, that fat b!tch can too.
