I definitely agree that we need to convey our displeasure to Citibank -- I've already cancelled my Universal Card and explained to them the reasons why. But we have to complain the the right people and in this case, that's Citibank.
I got an offer in the mail from Citibank today. I wrote a brief message to them about their business practices and sent the offer back to them.
If anyone gets a similiar offer, mail it back with a note to waste their postage! Don't just throw it away.
I think they'll eventually get the message.
