No doubt, it's a real piece of eye candy. I purchased two of these guns earlier this year and both were returned for a full refund. As pleasing as they were to look at, they didn't function well in one case, and not at all in the other. Pedersoli had a problem with these guns when they started making them. One of their pieces of high tech cutting machines made parts out of spec and this caused a functioning problem. I was told by an eye witness at the factory that they had a person at the end of the process hand fitting/correcting the defective parts before shipping. Apparently they all didn't get fixed or corrected. I won't go into detail about the part affected but it caused a feeding problem from the tube and a carrier problem on the down stroke. I even considered taking the second gun to Turnbull to see if they could correct it even at my cost. They said they were familiar with the problem and advised me to return the gun for a refund. I did. I bought both of the guns from a big box store who did an absolutely fantastic job of taking care of the customer (me) by refunding my money, including all my shipping costs. Kudos to them. Maybe Pedersoli did a better job with the Cimmeron but I wouldn't bet on it. I ended up buying a NIB Winchester/Miroku 1886 which functions perfectly and shoots better than I ever hoped. If you get one, check it out right away to see if it feeds and lifts the shell on the carrier and lines it up with the chamber. Don't let anyone tell you that after a couple of hundred vigorous lever strokes it will correct itself....it won't.
