Hmm. I would ask what type of ammo. I assume Military Surplus, but some Mil Surp is better than others.

If it is Russian copper brushed - fine. Steel cased lacquer... well...

I wish they offered a fast track method for obtaining your C&R. I'm chomping at the bit here

If you dont have one, I highly recomend getting a C&R license, It opens up so much more opportunity.
You can buy a Mosin Nagant, for half what you would at a store, and have it shipped to your house.
$30 for three years, you will spend more than that on one firearm, from a store.
