I was just using water jugs and 9mm 115gr hp PPU. I know water-jugs won't show the plugging like the FBI testing you do, so maybe my idea of a successful bullet wouldn't actually work in "real" life

the only other 9mm in the pic is the hornaday 90gr on the bottom, the rest are 38/357
I would happily trade $1.25 per cartridge to determine where my carry gun shoots and then enough for two or so clips. Since I do not shoot people often I think that a few extra dollars is worth having great ammo in the gun. If I an not close, I am not going to need to shoot anyway and will save another $1.25.
