Put me in the column marked "no form, no visit".
We live in a non-delivery zip code, and got notices in PO boxes that census forms would not be placed in PO boxes, visits would be made all over the mountain.
No one ever showed up. The less I have to do with the gummint, the better my blood pressure is.
