How about a mouse gun in the front pocket?

The holster is made by K&D holsters and might be useful for your purposes of concealment. While the holster can be worn in either front or rear trouser pockets I wear this in my right rear pocket. The gun and magazine are toward your body and the large leather piece to the rear of the gun and mag faces rearward. When touched it feels as if there is a wallet in your pocket. Nothing of the gun can be felt. The gun in the pic is a Kel-Tec P3AT and works well for me. If, however, this is not to your liking I suggest you call the folks at K&D and see what they could do for the gun of your choice. It is really a very effective concealment system.
