Case Bulging Issues in Rhino

FWIW, my 4" Rhino:

Chamber mouth measures average .3798" +/- .0005" (6 chambers varied slightly)

Chamber exit measures average .3566" +/- .0004" (6 chambers varied slightly)

Mouth seems a little tight when looking at some other published specs, so no problems with bulged cases.
But spent aluminum blaser ammo cases do not typically eject easily, and require some force (and sometimes finger picking) to remove. All brass comes out clean and easily.

I have had trouble with Rhino & bulging cases. How much did they go out? What did Rhino do for you? Thank you.
