Get a good lock and leave it in the locker. I don't see how you can carry on body while lifting, doing the full routine I mean. If you are doing the redneck routine (just biceps and triceps exercises) or just the bike/treadmill, than you can carry on body. If you carry in a fany pack, it would be fairly interesting to see that draw when surprised while doing bench press, dead lift or squats. In the gym, in the can, during sex, etc you are vulnerable by the nature of things you are doing.
