Always

Always carry.

I went through the phase of part time carry, but it makes no sense. Usually it's my G36.....Just part of my daily dress.:)

My job often takes me into public schools. It is illegal in Pennsylvania to carry into a public school. As a result, I had to reply often.

If they were to happenchance wind up in my kitchen, shed, or bedroom, . . . I'd like to have a welcoming committee with me to assist them in their expeditions departure.

Reminds me of a story from the other night. I was out for the evening in this little tavern with some friends, had my glcok 36 on me as I usually do when I am not bound for class. My friend, who is pretty gun tolerant bumped into me and asked if that was my pistol (she knows I usually have one) and then why I had bothered to have it there. I just pointed at this frat-boy guy decked out in MMA clothes shooting pool a few feet away, complete with attitude and a 6+ inch knife displayed on pocket and said "cause if Johnny Rambo here has too much to drink and gets hostile, I want something a bit better than harsh language in my corner." No one else seemed to have noticed that knife before that.

Note: It is not illegal to carry where alcohol is served here. While generally un-advisable, I consider it an acceptable habit given how little I drink, and my general code of avoiding violence at all costs. If I am considering more than a social cocktail, my gun gets locked up before heading out.

I would definitely carry into a bank - AFAIK it's legal, at least in my state, and it's one of the places you are most likely to need it (granted, that probability is very low). Many banks now have tellers behind glass, so only the customers are exposed.

A few months ago I decided to carry any time I left the house unless I was going somewhere where carry was forbidden by law or the property owner, and was alone and unable to leave my carry gun with my husband. I realized back then that the only way I would avoid just getting lazy and not bothering was if I made it a practice to always carry when I could. That might not be true of everybody, but I'd been so used to not having a gun for so long that I needed to retrain longstanding habits.

I carry ALL THE TIME!!! Personal Police Officers don't magically appear in "disarming zones"

I'd refrain from publicly admitting to breaking the law....

I work on a campus so carrying is not an option. I do have one nearby when I have a need in other places.

I carry only when I know I will not have to disarm. In Ohio the crime of "Menacing" can hit you any time someone who is just not firearm friendly sees your weapon. Because of that I voted the "most of the time" category. I always carry unless I know I will be going into a business that is either prohibited by law or one that doesn't respect my rights.

I voted for most of the time.

I can't carry at Church due to state law, nor will my fiance's mother let me carry when I'm over at there place. As of right now, I can't carry when I go out to eat where they serve alcohol (Hopefully that will change this year)

One of my hobbies is fencing (with swords, not wire) and there really isn't a good way to conceal my weapon while I'm doing that, nor do I feel comfortable leaving it in my gym bag. So I lock it in my car. Oh, I also tend to leave the gun in the car if I'm at the dentist, doctor, barber, etc. It avoids awkwardness.

Really I carry 98% of the time, 99.9% if you count the time it's locked in my car.

I carry at work everyday (benefits of working for family) and it's just my habit if I'm leaving my house to slip my CZ onto my belt.

I carry when I can, but I'm in the Navy and personal weapons aren't even allowed on the base, much less in my workspace. As a result, "when I can" is pretty much just during errands I run after coming back home, or when I go out to eat (in which case, I have to switch to open carry inside the restaurant.)
