keep some empty (fired) brass...load your cylinder with a couple of empty rounds..spin cylinder and close so that you cannot tell if a live or empty round is cycling up for your next shot...if the gun goes "click" on the empty chambers and still jumps in your hand..then you are flinching...continue practicing in this way as you teach yourself not to do it.
