Steel Warne rings are quite heavy, but very well built.
Cant see me ever having trouble from the pair I brought.
Not too bad price either.

Guess thats why adapters to get from Ruger to Weaver are so popular.

If you are going for a set of mid range rings, I highly prefer the Burris Signature Zee rings with the inserts. No need to lap the scope rings, absolutely no ring marks, and they are super strong. IMO the best rings under $100. One you step up to the high end market TPS, Seekins, and Badger all make great rings.
I think you can get by with a set of steel Weavers, Leupolds, Warnes, etc, and I'm sure we all have just fine, but why when the Burris rings exist? I've used and still use several other sets of rings, but from now on if buying rings under $100 I always get the Signature Zees.
