California passes bill banning carry of unloaded firearms

Yup. I was stalked for 14 months, plenty of threats and several instances of arson, including an incendiary device in my mail at the shop. "No worries, we can handle this" was the attitude, not the fact. Long story, but the guy finally did 7 years in state prison, plead out.

I do know people in LA Country who have permits, but a zip code distribution of permits finds concentrations in the battlefields of Beverly Hills and Pacific Palisades, while garden spots like Compton and Watts obviously must not have any problems, or no people the head fuzz find trustworthy.

It is a rankly "disparate outcome" based on race and class, but Holder's DOJ will never run with it. Even when it's "his people" who are victimized, that's okay. It isn't his problem and as long as they are a reliable voting bloc, what's not to like about this situation.

Race and class the history of gun control here as much as in the Deep South, and it continues. Modern progressives are really not into individual rights unless they approve of them, to inlcude speech and self-defense. Not as crazy as the UK, yet, but give these loons time. Armed inferiors scare the wee out of their open-minded and inclusive betters...forget about some Tea Partier lunatic. And no evidence is useful.

You can't reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into. That's why the clods buy solar electrical systems. Flip Wilson used to say the devil made him do things, in jest. Some of these clowns listen to Gaia's nightly broadcast, but the channel they give me sounds like white noise. Wilson was humorous, at least...
