There is no legal way to buy hi-caps in California now... can't even "import" them if you move here from another state. The illegal possession of hi-caps in California is a "wobbler" offense-- it can be filed as either a felony or a misdemeanor. It's another stupid "feelgood" firearms control law passed by people who really don't have the foggiest idea of what to do about crime. If you buy hi-caps on the street, know the seller.

Thank you for showing what your problem is. You are a child in an adults body. I am not sure what causes you to behave this way but hopefully you will seek theraphy at some point in your life.
