Well first off it is a terrible place. It is a known and experienced fact that the hard working people of California are out numbered by people who vote for a living.
What do these sentences mean? Where you live do people not vote? What do you mean "vote for a living"? Is it a fact that in the most populated state in the country "people that vote for a living" outnumber the mechanics, construction workers, farmers, welders, electricians, etc. in the state?
There are a number of people who hate California. There have been for 150 years, it's nothing new. Nothing in it that is patriotic or American either. There are also people who hate Alabama, Wisconsin, New York, Iowa, etc. for a variety of reasons. Nothing patriotic in that either, just regional prejudice, or religious prejudice, or something else off-kilter.
There are over 30 million Americans living in California...
My summary in the most conservative of terms is I have never seen such "unusual" people in all my life and I will leave it at that... It is not my cup of tea... Many people I know discuss it as if it is actually on another planet..... seriously like a whole different planet...
Nice to see it's easy for a fella to write off that many folks who he has never met. Interesting that a fella who brags on his own knowledge and patriotism can tell me I'm "unusual" and "from another planet" when you have never met me, seen me or know much of me or mine. If that is a sample of your procedures for reaching conclusions, well excuse me if I don't put a whole lot of weight into your thoughts.
