Most of the cheap practice rounds are not loaded to 10mm power so just get 40s and save money.
True. Some like Federal American Eagle have just a few fps difference.
I think Armscore does a little better for range ammo but nowhere near the Norma stuff.

I reload, and 10mm is a great choice if you do reload. You might check out the 10mm forum. They even do tear downs on some of the commercial stuff as far as ammo goes.

1165 FPS advertised velocity (542 ft lbs) makes it somewhere in the mid-level load (not as hot as Underwood but hotter than 40 S+W). I personally have an affinity for Sellier and Bellot products
