Bridgeport made Bulldog .44 spl

Has anyone ever figured out the occasional cylinder binding that occurs
With or without it being loaded?

Is the end of the ejector rod tight?
I have both the Bulldog and an undercover and the only time I had that issue was with some cases with high primers in the Bulldog.

Only occurs when loaded.
Ejector rod end is tight and lock-tited.
It has occurred in both double and single action.
Also ensured that the small screw (thumb release) that resides in the face of the rear clyinder opening is adjusted flush with the surface.
Primers seem seated properly (only use factory ammo).
Perplexing....

when they send my original frame back I'm going to ask MagNa-Port how much they charge for the "backpacker" deal.
