Brady Bunch Grades States on Gun Control

PA has a D+...but they listed that trigger locks must be included with every firearm sale???? I bought a lot of firearms and was never forced or even offered to buy a lock. This is the first time I'm going to argue for a LOWER grade.
 
Idaho got F+. We've got some heavy lifting to do here - need to get rid of that +. I see Montana did better than we did with a solid F - they're only 20 miles from here, maybe I'll move.
 
That Brady grading system is about as rediculous as Axle Rose speculating that GNR might reunite. Its also the perfect example of hypocricy, since crime rates in individual states are pretty close to the exact opposite of the grades.

You forgot that a hunter safety card you got when you were 9 or a DD214 from WW1 also count as valid training. There is no requirement that it has to be done within a certain timeframe of applying. You just have to prove that at sometime in your life you had a gun safety course. Yes, I used my Michigan hunter safety card I got when I was 9 to get my first Florida CCW. I love Florida.......just wish we would have gotten an F- instead of F+. We'll have to work on it:D
 
I'm disapointed. ND only got a D. I think we deserve an F. It isn't even a good pole. Some of the items they are grading the state doesn't need to adress because they are already controled by federal law, eg. age restrictions for purchase and possession. We get penalized for not having a law that we don't need because it would duplicate federal law. What a bunch of morons.
