I built a few pistols but havent shot em.
I shoot my factory revolvers And love them. Been recovering from a leg amputation and am just about ready to go shooting again! I miss it so!
36 colts and 44 Remingtons loDed heavy, they feel great.
Yes they shoot slower that's the fun part, Max range time and max gun fondling time!

Wyosmith - where did you learn rococo? I generally copy something from an old book and don't understand it enough just to free hand it like Wallace does.

4V50, I did the same thing but after about 6-7 years of that I just learned to make up my own.
I have been doing this now for 44 years.
You can't do anything for 44 years without learning a bit about it.

YES!! Black powder can sometimes leave a taste when you bite the paper cartridge.
