Boycott Disney

The manipulator of the issue is the Brady campaign and Florida's Chamber of Commerce. Many businesses ended their membership when the law was passing by the House and Senate committees. Others campaigned hard to lobby opposition to the new law.

Kate Jackson's character in one Lifetime movie summed up the attitude of the entire Disney empire toward gun ownership: "You don't need a gun! Criminals and the police need a gun!"

If that doesn't say it all, I don't know what does.

There is one thing needed for a boycott to work...

Besides the actual avoidance of the product/services, and that is communication.

The parent company has to know that they have lost your business and they have to know WHY. Not spending our money on thier things is useless as a boycott unless they know why we are not putting our money in their pockets.

So, to be effective, you not only need to avoid all those companies on that huge list (and all their products and services) you have to tell each one why they lost your money. Bucause if you don't tell them, they won't know.

And then, you have to get a few million otherwise unconcerned people with money to spend to go along with you, AND they have to tell Disney why they aren't buying Disney stuff!

That's a reall tall order. Good Luck.
