Bought a Seecamp .32 yesterday

I have 4 Seecamps total. 2 in .380 and 2 in .32.

My .32's like the silvertips, old and new, as well as the gold dots and even the Hornady Critical Defense. My guns also like the Underwood Extreme Cavitator rounds. That particular round has some pretty impressive ballistics even in a tiny little Seecamp. Plenty of YouTube videos on it if you search. both of my .32's are original Milfords so even the old school ones have fired it off just fine.

I carry one almost every day regardless of what is on my ankle or belt. Here she is with white ray skin grips and her bigger sister PPK, both in .32

Qualified with the little Seecamp today!

Just got back from the range. Pretty happy with how this little gem shot.
The Range commander was standing behind me watching me shoot. The cases were ejecting five feet straight up!

Shot better with it than anyone else in the class, even with all their fancy big guns. It's not a target gun of course but was shooting some tight groups with it.

I scotch taped a fiber optic piece of rod on top for the front sight and used that for more accurate reference.

At the close retention portion, I did have a couple of light strikes where the round did not fire, but pulled the trigger a couple of times and then it fired. So second strike capability helped in this instance.

Have some underwood on order and some Fiocchi 60 grain hollowpoints to try out. Both of these have been known to work with some Seecamps.

Update on ammo testing.
The underwood shot great out of the seecamp. Hotter than the gold dots. Their OAL was within the .91 specs with the copper nub nose.
The Fiocchi 60 grain hollowpoints were too long OAL (.94") so I removed the liner from one mag and loaded it with the Fiocchi. They felt like the hottest load and funtioned perfectly.

Of course this is limited testing, but enought so I know how much more to buy to do extensive testing. Also will get out to the range when the weather clears a little more and do chrono tests of all the various ammos.

Love this little gem of a pocket gun!
