Black powder walking cane guns

Pahoo
I know you are wrong.
You think I am wrong.
The "last word" might be a while in coming.
Right now, I just don't have the irresistable urge to do the research to prove my point. It may come later.
BTW, I was there at Friendship when the issue was settled about the Ferguson. It is not a muzzle loader. Interesting gun and historically important. But it is not a muzzle loader.

HEY ! this is very important !! i live in alabama and the only gun that you absolutely cannot posess PERIOD (there is no stamp, license, permit, etc.) is a cane gun. that is there is no way to legally own a firearm of anykind that resembles a cane. please be carefull with those as i'd hate for you to get in trouble.

Also, rim fire/center fire cane guns are illegal here also.

Black powder though, falls under different laws.

13A-11-54. Carrying rifle or shotgun walking cane. -Any person who carries a rifle or shotgun walking cane shall, on conviction, be fined not less than $500.00 nor more than $1,000.00, and be imprisoned for a period of not less than two years.
but thats for us here in alabama
