I figure Bill And Hillary can always move to Russia and wait for Yeltsin to expire and then they can move right in and start up their very own socialist utopia from scratch and we can see how far they get before he gets friendly with the ladies over there. Who knows, he may turn out to be a national hero over there.

How about old York, as in York, England? From the safety of Clifford's Tower, they could survey all the unarmed and safe and defenseless Englishmen around them.
