Biggest cartridge ever chambered in a revolver?

You have to register as a member now to see the really funny videos and the hunting videos from the accurate site. I guess they were overrun with bandwidth demands when links to the videos became prolific. But the funny ones are free I see on that joke video site.

"William" shooting the .577 Tyrannosaur is the best one. :) "Ben" is good too.
 
That .700 nitro express rifle on that video seems to have horrific recoil. and thats an understatemen. It looks to easy to fracture your shoulder shooting it. Im a recoil junkie but I dont think I would want to fire that thing unless I actually really really needed to. edited.... I did now notice the heavy duty looking recoil pad on it but still. looks to easy to at least develope a nasty flinch habit.
