Best web page to buy ammo? and secure

Excellent price!

I think I paid $16 for shipping and rounded up to the nearest dollar for the NRA contribution. A most excellent experience, since I paid the same in shipping from Natchezss for half the amount of ammo, albeit different kinds Since the range charges $10.99 plus tax for a box of the same stuff, I consider $7.50/box from Midway to be quite a good bargain.

How long did that case last you?

As far as security for e-commerce goes...

Install (and run regularly) some anti-spyware programs on your PC.

You could just refuse to use a computer running MS Windows! Then you won't have problems with all that crap. I don't have any "anti-spyware" programs running. I don't have any programs running to "block pop-ups." I don't have a firewall. I don't have an anti-virus program running. Haven't even owned one since I left graduate school back in 1993. But my system is quite secure. Those "Shields Up" type of websites say I'm 100% good to go.

All the "bad stuff" out there is targeted to Windows. Don't use Windows; don't have the bad experiences.

I'm personally running Mac OS 10.4 (Tiger) but you get some of the same advantages with a Linux box.

re: MidwayUSA

I do order stuff from them. Don't miss out on the "dealer prices" though! Pay $30 for three years for a C&R FFL and many places like Graf's and Midway will let you buy stuff at dealer prices!! That makes the C&R worth getting even if you never buy one gun with it!

Ichiro ,

I just got my 3rd case a few weeks ago. Seem I have plenty of time to order it, but little time to shoot it. I must have 3/4 or more case left and never a problem with any of it. I probably have enough ammo to last the rest of my life...if that's possible.

tulsamal,
You said...

I looked into this a few years ago but I have forgotten most of it. Could you give me the highlites of getting the C&R? Do I need to have a business or just a collecting hobby or what? Is there plenty of redtape?

Thanks

Ohhhh, I am hearing that Big Foot captured is complete BS. Coast to Coast.

I've used Bass pro shops, Cabellas, and now mostly midway. Cabellas is good but their selection is limited. Seems like most of their bulk is reloads and the same price you can buy new at other vendors. Midway is good, their service is excellent, the selection is huge, and I always get the stuff in less than 5 working days. They have a $25 minimum, but aside from that, they're the next best thing to walmart.

I just received my 2nd recent ammo shipment from Sportsmans Guide. I placed my internet order this Monday morning (before 11am Central Time), the order shipped that day from Minnesota. I received the order Wednesday afternoon here in Southeastern Michigan. Everything was right. Shipping was standard UPS Ground. The order before took only 2 days as well.

I think that's great service.
