Best Full Size CCW Handgun?
I was really leaning towards a Beretta 92 in 9mm but I am unsure. Is that a wise choice or is there better out there?

F-C

I am not a full-size CCW kind-of-guy, but if I do it's my Beretta 92 equivalent (PT-92). The question is entirely subjective in its plethora of potential answers but I say the 92 (honorable mention, Ruger P95, S&W Sigma 9mm and, of course, a 1911 though its lower capacity is a downsize for some).

For full size you might consider a .44 magnum.

I'd definitely consider that .44 magnum

You know..he really isn't joking. He really does carry that thing. You never know when bears will start creeping about.

I used to carry a S&W SW99 which wasn't bad to conceal. Currently I carry a 1911 5" and occasionally a PT99 which is tough in a tshirt.

In my experience the hands down choice for a "full size" carry gun is the Colt Government Model. Nothing else comes close.

My $.02 worth,
Dave

That would be an S&W model 19, 2-1/2" or 4" just like it's been for the last umpteen years. Some things never change.

I find carrying a SIG P220 relatively easy in my Theis IWB holster with a Simply Rugged belt. A good belt and holster makes carrying a full sized gun almost enjoyable;)
