Cases for you
I wrote to M.A. and he said some of the reference cases were:
NY v. Frank Magliato, Crown v. Gossett, Fl. v. Alvarez, Ga. v. Crumbley. He did not list all of them. He said best bet was to use a revolver for defense in DA only. I think the others that mentioned civil cases being more obvious venues for the reckessness assertions are probably correct. As far as 32 mag. for defense, I would like to know what factory loads are being made that are better than the rather lackluster loads I have seen. Bet you could get much better handloads for power, but bullet choice seems more limited.
