Not a Fan. I had problems with mine. I have told the story before and will not repeat it.
Remember Bersa is produced outside the USA and does not have a factory in the USA for repairs. In the event you have a problem like I did, you will have to pay shipping to a representative for repair. It cost me around forty bucks, and my wait time was over thirty days for repair.
I know the old story about every manufacturer having their share of lemons. It is just more aggravating and costly when having one with companies like Bersa. I apologize in advance if things have changed with Bersa warranty work.

Dandy little fire arm. I also have the Walther. Bersa is just enough larger to be comfortable to shoot. I have a big "Paw" and the Walther is a touch uncomfortable. Plus BEWARE of the dreaded Walther bite from the slide recoiling. But, with all the new 9mm made available over the past two years you may wish to rethink the "lowly" .380.

It performs exactly like my others.

It's a pretty sweet little pistol. My wife got one with the pinkness and fem look to it. Grips have the laser sight, which works very well. I'm not wild about the "no mag/no shoot" feature, but I'm a dinosaur, and don't much like most of the safeties I see. That pistol would be very safe with the hammer down on a loaded chamber, and no safety at all. jd
You will ilike the BT 380. It is easy to shoot, reliable, very accurate and easy to field strip and clean. My BT 380 is one of my regular carry guns.
In addition to that. my BT22 is a fun shooter too.
Ditto on the Bersachat.com suggestion. The folk there are friendly and helpful. MichaelT is somewhat a celebrity expert there too.

Does this count? Three mags same aim point at 25 feet.
I've owned a few bersa 380s in my time and know a few others that have as well. except from the internet I've never heard a bad thing about them. I usuallt used mine as trade fodder but if money was on my side I'd keep one around if I could find another without the built in lock.
Guess i better clarify my previous Bersa bAshing, i got caught up reading all the people who like theirs. My Bersa pistol is a .22 not a 380, i like the pistol very much as it fits the hand very well and seems built well and is accurate when it shoots however as i stated before it will not fire a mag full of ammo without a mishap. Please do not offer remedies on repairing as both myself and best buddy are quite competent at resolving FTF issues in weapons but this one defies all of the normal corrections. I have no doubt we will overcome the Bersa's difficulties but right now it is not a top priority and a big ammo waster checking out our "doctoring".
