Beretta 92 inox vs Glock 17

Jump ALL OVER that Glock 17. Beretta w/ 15 round mags is no big deal. Glock 17 rounders are less common and more expensive when located. That Glock is just a better choice all around.

My Beretta 92FS is the only one of my six autos that has never jammed (with about 10k rounds through it) so I guess it qualifies as ultra reliable. That said, it's only one gun and I have heard some negative threads about Beretta's internal component quality. I don't own a Glock. They are supposed to be reliable but I can't stand the trigger pull. You should rent one and shoot it first.

Buy them both. I prefer the safety of the beretta than on the glock. The beretta is probably more accurate for plinking. (better sights) Glocks are tuff as nails though.

Berettas are nice, but I would choose the G17. Mine fits my hand like a glove, and it's comfy to shoot. 17+1 (up to 19+1 with extension) is hard to beat, and none of that funky DA/SA transition :).
