Ban sausage!

It sends the message that banning high fat foods because they can be used as murder weapons is ridiculous, just like banning knives, guns or pointy sticks since they also can be used as murder weapons.
 
So the sole redeeming positive aspect of this thread is that it handily mocks those cursed sausage-control bigots.

The point(jokes aside) is that you can kill a person with just about anything if you use it right. Banning guns is an idiotic way to tackle the problem of murder. For that we should be looking at the reason why people choose to commit murders.

There isn't much point to this thread (what up until now has been, for some people at least, a 'laugh riot'. :barf: ) aside from juvenile snickerings, as neatly as you do try to shuffle them out of the way at the earliest possible opportunity. I think everyone here is aware that murder can be commited with anything. I also think that everyone agrees that banning guns is an idiotic way to tackle the problem of murder. There's no point in saying the quoted text above except as a last ditch choir preaching attempt to tack a facade of "gun ban relevancy" or dare I say, mature debate onto this.

Unfortunately there never was any of either.

What are you even talking about? This thread was right on track until post 10. In fact, the majority of this thread consists of both people examining the validity of banning inanimate objects used in murders and you whining about a couple of people making jokes about death by sausage.
 
Um..gee, that was,...inventive?. Well, if your going to commit a crime, do it with style I guess. Feel bad for the woman, I wonder what her response would be if someone had told her how she was going to die? Hope if he's guilty, he gets the worst that's coming to him.
 
We are not making fun of the womans death. We are making fun of the folks who feel that government needs to make rules to protect us from ourselves by banning firearms, kitchen knives, and whatever else.
 
the only aspect of this thread that is silly or juvenile, is the "holier than thou" pontificating of self appointed moral mentors.
