The problem is pretty common on the 870 Express, for which it is easily cured with steel wool, sandpaper or a hone. Sometimes it goes away with shooting the dang thing. That problem is ascribed by most to be due to a failure to finish the chambers on the less expensive Express. The problem is so common that one Remington police armorer recommends polishing a new chamber with steel wool on a dowel, even before trying to fire it.
Your issue may be cured the same way, but perhaps not. Given the problems you had with the Wingmaster that was replaced, Remington should snap to and give you some service. Arguably, if you polish the chamber you may void your warranty. So I vote you have Remington fix it.
The same thing happened to a guy at Prado Shooting Park a couple of weeks ago with a Wingmaster and he had just recieved his to replace the one that he had purchased.
