The anti-constitution, anti-freedom politicians say that there is no ligitimate reason to possess an assault weapon.
As long as the street gangs have these types of weapons and the politicians are not aggressively going after them, then I should be able to possess a firearm that is, at least, the equal to their firepower. Why should I be limited to a handgun when the criminals have assault weapons? I, at least, want to be on a fair playing field.
These politicians fail to realize who the bad guys are.
And they also fail to realize who the voters are.
