They are just as inexpensive, and I have never had any issues, very accurate. So, why would you spend the same for a suspect product?

Very unlikely you can get Hornady 55gr fmjbt for 8 cents to your door unless you catch a phenomenal sale.
 
So you saved a few pennies and got crappy bullets? Good for you!

Yeah, but you don't know for sure if they are crappy until you try. I've been guilty of trying out new products with my fingers crossed before, too. So far, Hornady seems to be the least expensive brand that also has good accuracy across its product line, though others keep trying to get in on the action, and I'm glad they do.
