The local NBC affiliate in Little Rock had a piece about this on the 6 O'Clock news tonight....one of the state legislators is introducing a bill this week to keep the list private. Available to LE and other official entities, but not the general public. At least my permit was new enough to not be on the list but there were plenty others...

Brantley outs CCW permit holders ,and publishes their addresses...their addresses, for the whole world to see.

And then, he blames folks for getting mad at getting outed in such a way.

Again, reference my post again about Brantley's talent for ******* down your back and insisting that it's actually raining.

5-73-321. Releasing certain information under subchapter prohibited.
(a) The following are confidential, not available for public
inspection, exempt from the Freedom of Information Act of 1967, § 25-19-101 et seq., and may not be published in any manner:
(1) The name or identity of a licensee;
(2) All information contained in an application for a license under this subchapter or renewal application, and in any materials required
for a license; . . . .

(c)(1) A person other than an applicant under this subchapter or a licensee who knowingly publishes in any form information or records described in this section upon conviction is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
