Are You Too Stupid ... for Concealed Carry?

If you knew anything about the kind of training Special Forces go through, you would understand why they have the highest percentage of negligent discharges.
 
I worry more about inexperienced CC than "stupid". Snappy, two-finger major caliber flyweight carry guns mixed with some people's slothful training discipline (not even once-a-month range practice) and you probably don't want to be anywhere near them if something serious happens.
