Are we crazy?

I wanna know why he hung red drapes in a yellow room, and then accented it with a flag.

That's just plain tacky.

I'll bet he has a 10-22 with a pink plastic stock hidden under the sofa.

Seems to me that if you have guns stacked so deep that you can no longer get into either of your reloading rooms, you may have gone too far. :D

Actually, the page at hobbiesbase.com referenced earlier seemed to hit the nail on the head. Basically if your hobby is interfering with everyday normal human activity it's time to take a look at yourself.

On the other hand, if you think that owning more than 5 guns makes you a gun nut, you may be an anti-gun nut. Hey, I like that - kind of a Foxworthy quality to it.

If you think that every rifle that looks scary is an AK47, you might be a hippie.

If you think that a Glock is an Assault Weapon, you might be an hippie.

If you have a Visualize World Peace bumper sticker on your Prius, you might be a hippie.

If you are reading this from a $5000 Apple laptop in a tent in a city park, you might be a hippie.

If you think that Colt Peacemaker is the name of the guy at the local pot co-op, you might be a hippie.

If you think that a barrel shroud is the "shoulder thing that goes up", alright, I'll give it a rest...

no, crazy is old men on motorcycles. not old guys who go gun/knife class, and somehow crush a blood vessel in one hand and have to go to hand surgeon and then have to type with one hand.:D then their wife tells them = see told you you old for this, you old coot .

my closet looks like his stash, a bit. :D

I know plenty of people who spend more on golf than I ever will on guns and I have a lot of guns. At least guns have a number of practical purposes. Turkey hunting with a nine iron has got to be a real challenge, not to mention fending off would be car jackers with sand wedge as opposed to a Glock.

In fact I know people who spend more time/ money on any number of hobbies, including me. I spend way more on motorcycling for example then on guns and shooting hobbies and sports. Does that make me crazy?

You have to remember, guns scare a lot of people. They don't understand them and they don't understand why anyone would be interested in them. It is easy to label things we don't understand to give us an artificial perspective.

State and and Federal agencies own a lot of guns. Are they crazy? Do they take it too far?

Regarding places elsewhere that DON'T allow citizens to keep firearms, that is the alarming business!

You win a fight, in your mind, in the silence before the first shot.

Thanks to BrianDG, this one made my signatures list.

Also appreciated the practical suggestion from Crosshair that to win a tank battle you shoot the fuel truck behind it.

They'll both be useful to win video games;)
