My thoughts arre that you still got some statistically valid information. There may be a thousand people here who own glocks, and only 27 responded negatively. OTOH, there may only be 100 people here who have owned an AMT, and 10% of them pooped on them. Same thing, all around, You can't take these statistics out of the context of actual numbers of users surveyed versus the number of complaints.
I'm pretty reluctant to listen to even a single complaint about a product, because I know people. People are just plain useless, and their negative opinions aren't usually worth the breath they use to say them.
I don't listen to the guys who say "glock sucks." I don't listen to the fanboys, either. I sometimes pay attention when people give a reasoned, detailed, and to the point testimonial.
