Anyone Own a Vortex Viper 6.5x20

Mines doing good on the Tikka T3 Lite in 308. I have around 4 inches of eye relief. I wouldn't want it up on a heavy recoiler for sure. Seems like 18 power at 100 is best I can do for clear targets. Adjustable objective and ocular are adjusted ok. Haven't tried 20 power at any longer distances yet. 100 yard range has 200 ft tall bank behind it. Going next weekend to 600 yard range. That should tell the full story I guess. So far I love it. Been shooting at quarter sized shoot and see stick ons. Still better than the prostaff I had on it. I'm curious to try the bdc reticle using my reloads. Just using it for fun and paper right now. Going to put 2.5x10 Zeiss Conquest back on come hunting season. 6 power a little much in the hills and brush. Wish I had found it at your price. I would have bought 2 myself.

I've had one of the 6.5x20x44 scopes for quite a while now, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. It now sits on my Savage .223 Precision Carbine and works as well as it did new. I also own a 6-24x50 FFP PST and it is an excellent scope for the money. Vortex is one of the best in the business, and the best thing is that they stand behind their product 100%.

I just picked up a Vortex Crossfire 4-12x44 for my RAR .17HMR. I had a BSA Sweet 17 on it so there was no where to go but up! The change was significant. My groups went from 10" at 100yards to 1" at 100yards and while at the range on Friday I hit a 1" bulls eye at 250yards with some holdover. I love Vortex and I will be a repeat customer
