Per my previous post, you don't have to be a gunsmith or have an FFL to get the trade discount.
I can sometimes beat their prices by a few dollars (not like the wrap-around grip example), but I've never beaten their customer service.
The search feature of the website works great for most items and the cart ordering system is easy to use and works well.
