Anyone else loose interest in striker fired....going back to hammer fired autos..
HistoryJunky: said:I have owned a few different striker guns. Glocks, M&P, all that. I could never really get over the triggers.
I will take your word for it. I have not shot any of them. When it comes down to it, I am just not drawn to striker guns.If you give an honest objective evaluation to one of the newer striker fired semiautomatics, i.e., an HK VP9, a Sig P320, or a Walther PPQ M2, "IMHO" it would be easy to live with the triggers on any of these three once you get used to the way these shoot. I have a Walther PPS M2, and I think it has one of the best carry triggers of any gun that I have personal experience with. Just my own $0.02
My first striker fired gun was a Kahr. I ended up getting rid of that one to a friend when I decided to trim down my 9mm selection, so I stuck with my HK P7PSP, also a striker fired gun.

I kind of wonder if people who do worry about it aren't too, oh how shall I say this, a little too wrapped up in Internet gun social media chatter.
